Hi! We're the Kallams

and The Bumblebee is our little slice of Heaven

My husband, Timmy and I bought this Farm in 2020 after its original owners passed away. I have loved this property ever since I was a little girl and the location is so convenient... Our home is right across the road! 

​

Timmy and I have been together for 29 years and we have two children, Ann Taylor & Sage and a fur baby named Chanel! Ann Taylor is 26 and just got married to her Husband, Johnathan and they have a chocolate lab named Addie! Sage is 21 and a Senior at Hamden-Sydney College in Farmville, Virginia and he has a Golden Retriever named Sydney!

We knew this property had so much potential so we fixed it up into a "Chic" and "Boho" farmhouse! 

​

Fast forward to July 2021, Our daughter, Ann Taylor got engaged. We thought The Bumblebee would be the perfect spot for a wedding & we were right! 

​

In September of 2022, she got married and it was the perfect day. We only wish to share the magic with other couples who fall in love with The Bumblebee,  just as we have. 

​

We named "The Bumblebee" after my father who passed away when my children were very young. My dad was the apple of my eye and I miss him every day. His nickname was "Bumblebee". I am so happy I can honor him with this beautiful farm and venue. My dad loved to have a good time and we know everyone who comes here will too!
